Where we work
8 communities across Colorado Springs and El Paso County. That matters more than it sounds: a roof in Woodland Park at 8,400 feet is failing from snow load and UV, while a roof out on the plains in Peyton is failing from hail and wind. Same trade, genuinely different work.
Colorado Springs & El Paso County
Colorado Springs, CO
El Paso County
Sits in one of the most active hail corridors in the United States. El Paso County regularly records damaging hail between May and August, and intense high-altitude UV accelerates shingle and paint degradation year round.
Monument, CO
El Paso County
Elevation along the Palmer Divide produces heavier snow loads than the Springs proper and puts Monument squarely in the path of storms that split around the divide. Wind exposure is significant.
Falcon, CO
El Paso County
Open plains east of the Springs with very little wind break, so wind damage and wind-driven hail are the dominant claim types.
Fountain, CO
El Paso County
Same hail corridor as Colorado Springs with slightly lower elevation. Wind-driven rain against south and west elevations is a recurring siding and window issue.
Security-Widefield, CO
El Paso County
Regular hail exposure and strong downslope winds. Older roof decking in this area frequently needs partial replacement at tear-off.
Manitou Springs, CO
El Paso County
Canyon location channels wind, and steep terrain complicates access and staging. Snow and ice management at the eave matters more here than almost anywhere else in the county.
Woodland Park, CO
Teller County
At 8,400 feet the dominant loads are snow, ice damming, and extreme UV rather than hail. Ventilation and ice-and-water membrane detailing are critical.
Peyton, CO
El Paso County
Fully exposed eastern plains. Wind is the defining factor, and wind-lifted shingles are the most common single finding.
