Window Cleaning
This is where our company started, and it is still the fastest way to find out whether a contractor is careful. Window cleaning is a detail job: the glass is the easy part, and the screens, tracks, sills, and the drip you leave on the wall are what separate a real service from a rushed one. We clean all of it, we show up in the window we promised, and we wear shoe covers inside without being asked.

Purified water on exterior glass
Deionized water dries without spotting, which is what lets us reach upper-story glass safely from the ground rather than leaning ladders against your gutters.
Hard water and construction debris removal
Mineral staining from sprinkler overspray and post-construction residue need specific treatment rather than more scrubbing. We will tell you upfront whether staining can be fully removed.
Arrival windows we actually keep
You get a two-hour window and a text when we are on the way. This is a low bar that most of the industry still trips over.

Walkthrough and quote
We count openings, note any hard water staining or damaged screens, and quote before starting. No surprise additions.

Interior
Shoe covers on, furniture and sills protected, glass and interior sills cleaned, and everything put back where it was.

Screens and tracks
Screens removed, washed, and dried. Tracks vacuumed and wiped rather than just rinsed.

Exterior
Purified water on exterior glass, frames wiped, and a final check from the ground for missed spots in the light.
Common questions
How often should windows be cleaned?
Twice a year suits most homes. Once a year is fine for homes with limited exposure. Properties near heavy road dust, construction, or sprinkler overspray on the glass benefit from quarterly service.
Can you remove hard water stains?
Often, but not always. Mineral deposits from sprinkler overspray etch into the glass over time, and once etching is deep enough the damage is in the glass itself rather than on it. We will test an area and tell you honestly what is achievable before you pay for it.
Do I need to be home?
For exterior-only service, no. For interior work someone needs to provide access, though it does not need to be you for the whole appointment.
What about high or hard-to-reach windows?
Water-fed pole systems reach most second and third story glass from the ground, which is safer for our crew and easier on your landscaping and gutters. Where a ladder is genuinely required, we use standoffs so nothing rests against the gutter.
