We photograph the entire roof while you watch, walk the scope line by line, and tell you plainly when a repair will do and a replacement will not.

Free documented inspection
We inspect the roof, gutters, flashing, vents, and elevations, and photograph everything. Takes about 45 minutes. You get the photo report whether or not you hire us.

Findings walkthrough
We sit down and go through what we found, what it means, and what your realistic options are. If there is no case for replacement, we will say so.

Written scope and options
A line-by-line scope with material options and pricing. If insurance is involved, we document damage thoroughly so nothing gets missed in the adjuster scope.

Installation
Materials delivered, property protected, tear-off and install typically completed in one to two days for a standard residential roof.

Final walkthrough and cleanup
Magnetic nail sweep, debris haul-off, and a walkthrough with you before final payment. Warranty paperwork is handed over in person.
Common questions
How do I know if I need a full replacement or just a repair?
It comes down to how widespread the damage is and how much service life the roof has left. Isolated damage on an otherwise sound roof is a repair. Damage across multiple slopes, or granule loss and brittleness across an aging roof, usually means replacement is the better financial decision. We will show you the photos and tell you which situation you are actually in.
Will filing an insurance claim raise my rates?
In Colorado, weather-related claims are rated differently than at-fault claims. Carriers generally set homeowner rates using regional risk data and ZIP-code-level loss history rather than an individual weather claim. That said, rate practices vary by carrier, so confirm with your agent before filing. We do not file or negotiate claims on your behalf. We document the damage thoroughly so nothing is missed.
How long does a roof replacement take?
Most standard residential roofs are completed in one to two days. Larger homes, steep or complex rooflines, and metal or tile systems take longer. You will have a written timeline before install day.
What does a new roof cost?
Cost depends on square footage, pitch, layers to remove, and material. Asphalt replacement on a typical single-family home commonly lands in the mid four figures to low five figures, and premium systems like stone-coated steel run higher. We will not quote a firm number without seeing the roof, and you should be skeptical of anyone who does.
Do you use subcontractors?
Yes, and so does every roofing company at scale, including the ones who tell you they do not. What actually matters is whether the crews are insured, vetted, and accountable to someone you can reach by name. Ours are, and we will tell you who is coming to your house before they arrive.
